Micro aggression


Microaggression is a term used for commonplace daily verbal, behavioral or environmental slights, whether intentional or unintentional, that communicate hostile, derogatory, or negative attitudes toward stigmatized or culturally marginalized group. This nudge-based program helps to bring awareness to these slights, the impact related to them, and useful skills to overcome the use of these attitudes as a means to mitigate or avoid completely their usage.
