RevWork Mission

RevWork is dedicated to revolutionize the way work gets done by supporting professionals in their learning development needs, rather than professionals having to adapt their learning style to professional development delivery that does not serve them. We’re transforming organizations, one professional at a time by leveraging machine learning in a manner that makes learning an asset rather than a chore. Our work aims to open doors that may formerly have been closed taking people and their workplaces to new heights.

Denise Hummel, 

Chief Executive Officer

Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RevWork, Inc., Denise Hummel’s company was recently accepted into Microsoft for Start-Ups and Microsoft Co-Sell.  The enterprise SaaS platform she developed to sustain inclusion behaviors is now being used by enterprise to create and sustain organizational transformation at scale.  New use cases include succeeding in a remote working environment, sales enablement, and a variety of other leadership behavior transformation initiatives.

One of the nation’s experts in organizational culture transformation, Denise Pirrotti has been leveraging her knowledge of human and organizational behavior from her undergraduate days at Columbia University to facilitate organizational transformation at scale by supporting and sustaining targeted leadership behaviors. 

Hummel is particularly focused on the behavior of inclusion.  While she is known for her role as the attorney who litigated and won the first class-action under the Americans with Disabilities Act, her career since then has been focused on the opportunity, rather than the compliance side of Diversity & Inclusion.

In 2010, Denise founded an organizational culture consulting firm where she supported Aon-Hewitt’s international M&A people integration and built Deloitte’s success analytics for Global Mobility.  She also supported the U.S. Department of Defense to develop their cross-cultural readiness of intelligence advisors and diplomats.

Denise sold her first firm to Ernst & Young in 2016 and became a Principal leading “Culture, Inclusion and Innovation” initiatives for EY’s Fortune 1000 clients and developed EY’s client-facing methodology for Diversity & Inclusion client engagements.  She won EY’s Annual Innovation Award the first year of her tenure.

Chris is a highly accomplished software sales executive who delivers record-breaking growth in competitive markets. Skilled in sourcing top talent and building high-performance teams, Chris blends deep sales and account development insight, exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach with a bias for action and a passion for effective results and growth. 

With over 17 years of software sales and business development experience, Chris has a comprehensive understanding of Solution Design, Business Optimization and Culture Creation. Chris has led several organizations to double- and triple-digit revenue growth.

Chris has held President and Vice President of Sales positions at Fuze, Vonage and TPx Communications.

Chris holds a B.A. in Communications and an Executive M.B.A. from Pepperdine University. 

Geoff Allen - Marketing - RevWork

Geoff is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in go-to-market strategy, lead generation, content creation, project management, tradeshow and event management, PR, and new product launches. Outstanding interpersonal communication and speaking skills experience with preparing and executing presentations to develop leads and consistently increase sales.

Shawn has more than 15 years of private equity and M&A experience at diversified middle market companies, with a specialization in software/information/technology. During that time, he has partnered with CEO’s and leadership teams to accelerate growth and maximize value. Shawn specializes in transforming family owned businesses into high-performing private equity platform companies. He has participated in approximately 10 M&A transactions over the past 15 years. This M&A experience includes both bolt-on and transforming deals as well as buy-side and sell-side experience. While Shawn prefers high-growth organizations, he has also dealt with the hardships of a liquidity challenged environment that resulted in an out-of-court restructure. With his experience in software/information businesses, Shawn believes in the power of transparency and leveraging data driven analysis to drive informed business decisions. Shawn is a CPA (inactive) with early career Big 4 experience in a variety of industries.

Shawn attended the University of Virginia where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive. Shawn lives in Newport Beach, California.

VP of Product

Aditya has over six years of experience in talent strategy on transactions and transformation projects with a variety of clients from start-ups to enterprises. His skill set includes competency design, HR talent processes, learning management systems, talent management & strategy, employee engagement, and talent analytics. He has led the development of technology solutions for new offerings created for the EY People Advisory Services division. A few of his notable clients include Sutherland, Praxair, Western Digital and AIG where he helped with wide ranging talent issues such as leadership strategy, workforce planning, and HR process optimization & technology readiness.

Matt Hummel, 

Marketing and Communications

Matt handles RevWorks’s Content Marketing, Lead Generation, and Communications efforts. As a graduate from the University of Oregon, with a degree in Marketing, Matt got his start in LinkedIn social media management as a consultant for Best Selling Author, LinkedIn Influencer, and #1 Executive Coach, Marshall Goldsmith, tasked with contributing to and executing the LinkedIn strategy for Mr. Goldsmith’s account and its One Million+ followers. Matt also has two years of Sports Marketing experience having worked with San Diego’s two largest sports franchises.

Anup Marwadi is a SaaS Entrepreneur with a proven expertise in developing over 12 SaaS Platforms in numerous verticals. As a founder of HyperTrends Global Inc., Anup is on a mission to help businesses accelerate their growth by using software as their primary differentiator.

Anup brings his diverse experience in Product, Strategy, Software and Management to all products developed by HyperTrends.

Anup is also an avid musician, artist, writer and an ardent traveler and has been published numerous times in the field of Medical Informatics.

Elizabeth Laine

VP of Diversity and Inclusion

Elizabeth is a DEI leader with a track record of helping customers to prove ROI by improving metrics around organizational change, employee engagement and retention, culture, diversity, and inclusion.

At Lead Inclusively, Inc. she works collaboratively with customers to develop strategy and tactics that drive employee engagement, retention, and diversity. She provides support in talent process review, change management, DEI communications, and develops workshops and trainings for all levels, including the C-suite.

Providing clients best-in-class inclusion, anti-racism and allyship training, DEI maturity assessments, and patented machine-learning enabled technology, Elizabeth loves helping organizations to drive leadership behavioral transformation at scale.

Formerly, Elizabeth was a leader at Athena, where she worked with enterprise organizations to build programs promoting gender equity in the workplace with an emphasis on executive women in science and technology. She has developed programs that have been translated into 14 languages. She is a National Latino Leaders Award winner and a San Diego Woman of the Year Award nominee.

Christopher Craig is an experienced software executive with a demonstrated history of scaling businesses through data-driven, energizing leadership.  Christopher engages with employees, customers, and partners to deliver desired outcomes, optimize processes, and effect positive change for all stakeholders.

With over 25 years of software experience, Christopher has in depth knowledge of Product Management, Development, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, HR, and Finance & Administration.

Most recently the CEO of Unanet, Christopher currently holds Board seats with Unanet and TenantBase, and previously held a Board seat with SourceScrub prior to their acquisition.  He is also invests in and advises several fast-growing software companies.

Christopher holds a B.S. in Systems Engineering and an M.S. in Information Systems from The University of Virginia.

At Roche Pharmaceuticals, Patricia is responsible for: Delivering better outcomes to more patients faster as a Pharma International HR leader responsible for enabling commercial-access-medical business model transformation (100 countries, 15,000 employees). Driving HR value creation to ensure a customer-centric, networked workforce, to foster a culture of learning and innovation and to enable each employee to thrive. Responsible for enabling new ways of working – purpose-built networks, self-managed teams, and shifts in behaviors, mindsets, and culture to realize our priorities.

Alex is a seasoned engineering leader delivering resilient, scalable and high-quality applications and services. Broad technology expertise with emphasis on SaaS / PaaS architecture and business acumen that aligns technology projects with customer needs need to accelerate business outcomes.

Rod MacKenzie, PhD, is Chief Development Officer and Executive Vice President for Pfizer. Rod leads the Global Product Development organization, which is responsible for the clinical development and advancement of Pfizer’s pipeline of innovative medicines in inflammation and immunology, internal medicine, hospital, oncology and rare disease, as well as regulatory affairs in support of Pfizer’s R&D pipeline and portfolio of marketed therapies. He serves on the Portfolio Strategy and Investment Committee, which focuses on maximizing the return on R&D investment across the Pfizer portfolio, and is a member of Pfizer’s Executive Leadership Team.
